2- Warranty


All products you find in our catalogue are covered by the manufacturer’s or importer’s warranty. It is limited to the replacement of a part or an item defective. The repairing, exchange or replacement doesn’t change the date of initial warranty.
Concerned products are all those which are accepted as having been defective by reason of faulty workmanship or production or the use of defective materials or failures.

Reparation, exchange or replacement of the defective item does not modify the initial warranty date.

Warranty does not cover the consumable items supplied with the product, abnormal use (always consult your instruction manual), breakdowns due to accessories (power cable), damage resulting from repair or an attempted repair by anyone other than service station authorized by Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée  or defects due to misuse of the designed product.

Warranty limits, specified on transaction documents, vary according to different products.

This warranty does not apply to the product that is not in compliance with the installation, use, maintenance or stocking conditions. Always consult the information specified in the instruction manual. Return shipping of the products ordered is at the client’s expense. No rental service is provided to replace the defective material.


3- Price


All prices are quoted in euros including VAT at the rate applicable. . If the rate was to be modified this could also alter the prices. These prices indicating don’t include shipping fees unless otherwise stated on the site. All orders regardless of their origin are payable in euros.


4- Payment


The payment is made by credit card (only by phone or in our office), bank wire transfer, check bank denominated in euros from a bank located in mainland France for amounts exceeding 762 euros . For other means of settlement, consult us.
The cheques are cashed immediately


5- Product description


All the items are described as close to reality as possible. In case any errors have occurred, Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée will not be held responsible for any failure to comply with these descriptions. All non contested transactions within one month time limit will not be accepted unless they are made in the warranty framework.


6- Transport, delivery


Free delivery from 762 euros in mainland France (unless otherwise noted on the website). For any other destination, our sales department is at your disposal for any price study.
The products are delivered to the address indicated on your order documents.
The contents of all the packages must be systematically checked in the presence of the forwarder before you sign the delivery note.
If you receive damaged goods or you notice any anomalies, indicate it clearly in form of a handwritten note on the delivery documents and sign them please.
All damage claims must be reported to the delivery carrier within two working days of taking delivery. A copy of your claim must be addressed to Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée.
Any damaged items must be notified and returned to us within two working days of taking delivery. Any complaints made after this date will not be accepted.
All returned products must be received complete with their original product packaging, undamaged and packed appropriately for shipping with all accessories, components and manuals.
In case of a problem it is necessary to indicate the reason on the delivery docket and contact us as soon as possible. If the delivery docket is missing do not accept the delivery and contact us. If the scheduled agreed delivery time is not respected you may be charged a complementary fee.
We can not be held responsible for delivery delays.


7- Cancellations


You must inform us of your desire to cancel your order within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. All returned products must be returned with their original product packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. You can neither change nor return any goods that have been used. The return carriage is at your own cost. Products made to customer’s specifications may not be returned and are not refundable. The refund is issued within 30 days of us accepting the returned goods.


8- Applicable Law

The present contract is subject to French law and has originally been written in the French language. In the event of a lawsuit, competent tribunals shall be those of Nice (France).


9- Delivery Deadlines

The delivery times indicated correspond to the average time taken to process and deliver the order.


10- Property Clause

Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée reserves the right to ownership of the goods delivered until payment of the price has been made in full. During the period of retention of ownership, the risks are transferred to the purchaser once the goods are made available and the purchaser is fully responsible in case of damage or loss of goods deposited.

In the event of non-payment (total or partial) of the price on the due date, Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée will address a written request the return of all goods not yet fully paid for. This return is made at the purchaser's expense and risk. 


11- Liability

All the equipment and accessories we provide comply with the French laws in force and regulations applied on the French territory.

All pictures, support texts, graphics and product description presented on our website are given for information only. The actual product may vary from the one shown.
Consequently, Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée can not be held responsible in case of error, omission or modification of the product characteristics by the suppliers.
Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out the agreed contract as a result of unavailability of the product, cases of force majeure, disturbances of services, full or partial strike action of external services particularly postal services, transport and/or communications services, or in the event of flood or fire.
Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée cannot be held responsible for the total or partial impossibility of using the products particularly in cases of incompatibility of equipment and will not compensate or reimburse the customer in such circumstances.
Furthermore, hypertext links may transfer visitors of the Home Security website towards other websites. Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée disclaims any responsibility in case the content of these sites was to contravene the legal and regulatory dispositions in force.


12- Privacy Statement

All data collected by Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée on the website: Home Security is a confidential Sécurité Alarme Méditéranée property and shall not be copied or disclosed to any third party. In compliance with law n° 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, you have the right to access, rectify and delete all information about yourself.
